ABOUT YORZ INTERNATIONAL
Welcome to YORZ International, the starting point of our coffee journey back in 2008 with a desire to create a unique blend of Singapore Traditional Coffee (Kopi) for all our coffee enthusiasts.
Driven by a fascination with the intricate process of coffee cultivation and production, we established Chiliarch Coffee Estate in Puer, Yunnan, China in 2012, with the commitment to grow specialty coffee organically in an environmentally sustainable way.
We started YORZ Coffee subsequently, with the aim of providing the best coffee products and experiences possible for all our coffee enthusiasts.
As a coffee plantation and specialty coffee company, we are committed to fostering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices that positively impact our planet, people, and communities. Our dedication to sustainability, and responsible business practices is at the core of everything we do.
CHILIARCH
COFFEE ESTATE
Chiliarch Coffee Estate, the exclusive origin of YORZ Coffee, situated across 84 hectares in Jiangcheng County, Pu’er Prefecture, Yunnan Province, Southwest China. Our meticulously cultivated coffee beans thrive at elevations ranging from 900 to 1300 metres, benefiting from an average temperature of 20.4°C and nourished by an annual rainfall of 1600mm.
At Chiliarch, our commitment to sustainability is evident in the organic cultivation of our coffee, and the employment of the environmentally responsible practices. Harvested by hand, each coffee cherry undergoes a meticulous process, combining traditional and modern methods to accentuate its distinct flavours and aromas.
Our coffee community consists of families from four different tribal groups in Yunnan (Miao, Yi, Hani, and the Lisu), fostering a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation in every cup of YORZ Coffee.
