Shipping & Delivery
Main Delivery Service Provider: Ninja Van
Ninja Van The provides door to door service. Do provide a valid local mobile phone number where possible so the delivery personnel will be able to contact you when necessary.
Ninja Van delivers parcels between 9am to 10pm. They do not make delivery on public holidays.
Shipping fees are a flat $4 within Singapore (unless otherwise stated)
Ninja Van will collect the parcel from our office every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4pm unless it is a public holiday. Your coffee will generally take 5-10 days to reach you upon ordering. We will definitely want to ship you your coffee as fast as possible.

An SMS notification will be sent to you on the day Ninja Van delivers your parcel.
If for some reason your parcel is sent back to us, we will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange another delivery. Do contact us if there are issues with the delivery @WhatsApp 89003531
Returns, exchange & cancellation policy.
We do not accept refunds for coffee orders.
We will not be liable should your order be delivered to the wrong address due to the incorrect shipping address provided during the purchase.
Do contact us through WhatsApp or email if you have input in a wrong address during purchase and we will try of best to ratify it immediately on our side. In the event where the goods have already been sent out, we will not accept any refund.
